Correct. SatRoofs is $6 per report, pay as you go. Volume discounts apply automatically: $5 per report once you pass 50 reports in a month, $4 past 250. No plans to pick, no seats to count, unlimited users.
Why is SatRoofs so much cheaper than EagleView or Roofr?

What if I need a human sign-off?
Add certification for $9.99: a measurement analyst inspects your packet against the imagery and signs it. The report carries the certification stamp, the reviewer's name and date, and any corrections shown beside the measured values — built for contracts, material orders, and disputes. You're billed only when the certification is delivered.
Are there rush fees?
No. Every report is generated in about a minute, so rush delivery isn't a paid upgrade — it's just how the product works. Some competitors charge up to $30 extra for 2-hour delivery.
